About me...
After losing 50kg, I learned to love fitness. I had no history in fitness, but that didn’t stop me. I motivated myself to completely 180° my life, so I know how to motivate someone. I’ve been there and I know what it’s like, and I know how to push someone truly to their best ability, push past their perception of themselves, push them to be who they always wanted to be. With me, you’ll get a knowledgeable, encouraging and perceptive trainer. I’ll be there at your beck and call. And with me, if you give it your all, you’ll get it all..​
